Terms and Conditions of BECM Group

1. Acceptance of the terms.

By accessing, navigating, or using the financial, technological, and transactional services offered by BECM Group (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), the User (individual) or the Client (legal entity) expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.

The use of the platform, website, applications, or any other means of service provision implies full acceptance of this document. If the User/Client disagrees with any provision, they must refrain from using the services.

2. Purpose of the services.

BECM Group is a fintech that offers digital solutions focused on financial and technological innovation, including but not limited to:

Electronic payment platforms and digital wallets.

Cashless transaction systems for events and businesses.

Ticketing solutions and access management.

Reconciliation services, reports, and transaction analysis.

API integrations and technological tools for companies.

The Company may expand, reduce, or modify the services at any time. Such changes will be available on the website or communicated directly to the Clients.

3. Registration and use of the platform.

To access certain services, it is necessary to register by creating an account. The User/Client must provide truthful, complete, and updated information.
It is prohibited to provide false information, impersonate identities, or use third-party data without authorization.
The User/Client is solely responsible for the use of their account and the confidentiality of their access credentials.
BECM Group reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts if fraud, non-compliance with these Terms, suspicious activities, or any illegal use is detected.

4. Contracting conditions and payments.

The applicable prices, commissions, and charges will be informed prior to contracting and may vary according to the type of service.
The User/Client agrees to pay promptly according to the conditions established in the contract, platform, or specific agreement.
All payments must be made only through the methods authorized by the Company.
Failure to pay on time may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of services.
Prices may or may not include taxes as indicated in each case and will be calculated according to current tax legislation.

5. Cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation requests must be made through the official customer service channels.
The right to a refund will be subject to the nature of the contracted service, the Company's internal policies, and applicable law.
Refunds will not be granted when the service has already been used in whole or in part, unless otherwise provided by law.
In the case of unrecognized transactions, the User must notify immediately to initiate the corresponding investigation.

6. Rights and obligations of the user/client parties:

Provide real and updated information for the provision of the service.
Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable legal provisions (including financial regulations and anti-money laundering regulations).
Do not engage in reverse engineering, data extraction, software alteration, or any activity that affects the security of the platform.

From BECM Group:

Provide services in accordance with quality standards, technological security, and regulatory compliance.
Provide technical support and customer service through official channels.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of the User/Client's data.
Report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual property.

All intellectual and industrial property rights over the platform, software, source code, interfaces, logos, trademarks, designs, texts, manuals, and other elements belong to BECM Group or its legitimate licensors.

It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, commercially exploit, or use without express written authorization any protected element.

8. Protection of personal data.

BECM Group will handle Users' personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Notice, in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its regulations.

The data may be used for service provision, compliance with legal obligations, security of operations, and statistical purposes.

* The User may exercise their ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition) at any time through the official contact channels.

9. Limited liability.

BECM Group will not be liable for service interruptions due to force majeure, technical failures of third parties, power outages, cyberattacks, or any event beyond its control.

The Company does not guarantee that the services will be free of errors, interruptions, or vulnerabilities, although it implements security measures and constant updates.

The User is responsible for the use they make of the services, and the Company will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or profits arising from misuse.

10. Legislation and jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, particularly by the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions (as well as other applicable regulations).

Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.

11. Modifications to the terms.

BECM Group may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will take effect on the date of their publication on the website.

Continued use of the services after the publication of changes implies acceptance of the same.
